    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for being uncorrupted. At the outset, I support this Motion. We are looking at a situation that used to be there before. It is not the first time we are seeking for the IDs to be issued from the county, sub-county or the district level. It used to happen and is the time when we never had very advanced technology and systems in place. We did not have the kind of communication we have at the moment. Now that we have Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems which can interconnect the national identity cards issuance centre with the sub-county or the county, we can be online, just The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
