Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the definition of “accredited paralegal” by inserting the words “or an accredited legal aid provider” immediately after the word “advocate”; (b) in the definition of “Cabinet Secretary” by deleting the words “legal aid” appearing immediately after the words “relating to” and substituting therefor the word “justice”; (c) in the definition of “legal aid clinic” by inserting the words “or offered by an accredited legal aid provider” immediately after the word “Service”."
