    "content": "We also had a disagreement on who would serve as the Secretary to the Mineral Rights Board. We ended up agreeing that the Director of Mines would be the Secretary. Previously, we had thought it should be the Principal Secretary. Clause 33 was with regard to what happens when the CS rejects an application. As a House, we wanted a process where they could go back to the CS. However, the agreement in the mediated version says that once the CS rejects an application, we automatically go to court and remove the version where you could request for an intervention from the CS."
