    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am a Miraa farmer, chewer and consumer. I respect the consumers of Miraa and those who grow it. The fact is that in this country, one can be arrested, taken to court and get imprisoned just because Miraa is very bad. I feel as if I do not belong to this country. If we can do such a thing, it means that we are supporting those countries which are making it very difficult for my people to generate income from Miraa . So many parents cannot pay school fees because they have lost the economic activity that supports their livelihood. As you give direction, we need to know the way forward so that our institutions will not be used to destroy our livelihood."
