    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I oppose the amendment. The intention of Clause 49(1) is that a competent person can make a will that his body be donated. Clause 49(2) is redundant because we are saying that if there is no will and the body is unclaimed, then you tell the relatives who have not claimed the body to donate it."
