We cannot accept such an amendment because this is a process that has gone through the Committee. We do not allow Floor amendments. I want to dispose of that amendment first as they are consulting. The Chair has two amendments. There is one on the Order Paper and another one has just been circulated. As they consult, I will give Hon. James Nyikal a chance, not on your amendment but on the amendment of the Chair."
