This is a very important Bill and I wish to propose that the consideration of the Bill be adjourned, so that we can get more time to allow Members to make contributions and amendments that they wish to bring like what has been brought by Members from the Coast region. As the Turkana community, we want to bring some amendments to this Bill. According to Standing Order No.96, I propose that the debate be adjourned."
