Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 63 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) - (a) by deleting the words “national, county” and substituting therefor the word “public”; and (b) by deleting the words “or is in occupation of a building authorised by the Director General or the County public officer responsible for forestry,” appearing in paragraph (b). This is a clean-up exercise to ensure that the whole Bill conforms to the land tenure classifications in the Constitution."
