    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, just for purposes of drafting, when we amended Clause 13 by removing the word “rolls” there is a comma there. I am concerned about the quality of drafting. I thought the Chairperson should have also indicated that by deleting “rolls,” you should also delete the comma so that it becomes “registers and records”. There is no point of having that comma there."
