    "content": "As I give notice of this Motion, I would request your indulgence, so that the House Business Committee (HBC) prioritises this Report. It is on a special audit which was conducted on the General Election of 2013 and it has been around now for nearly two years. More importantly, I had a discussion with the substantive Speaker and we are generally agreed that we will be defeating the purpose of special audits and special reports if they come to the House and they get delayed before they are debated. I would request that through your intervention, the HBC prioritises this Report for debate."
