    "content": "Training oncologist in this country will increase knowledge on this killer disease and embrace new technology for the sake of all our people. This is the 21st Century, we need to sensitise our people so that they can go for cancer screening. It is high time to support this Motion. I encourage all our Hon. Members to support it for the sake of our people. Supporting county hospitals is our obligation. We need to consider them for better services for our people. In our rural areas, most of the people cannot afford cancer treatment because of financial constraints and many other challenges like poverty."
