    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Motion. I feel very bitter because I am a victim of that disease. I lost my wife, father, two brothers and two sisters to that deadly disease. I feel very bitter because the Government is able to train as many people as possible, instead of leaving those wanyamas to steal our money. I am sure the Government has the ability to train not only one person per county as Madam Wanga has proposed, but one person per village. This Government, as I understand, is very rich. But there is a lot of corruption!"
