    "content": "I support the Motion, especially on the part that says the Government should give scholarships to students to study oncology so that they can eventually be stationed in every county. However, we should go deeper than that. We should have such experts going to the sub- counties. The treatment of cancer should be available at the sub-district hospitals, which are very near to the patients."
