    "content": "The amount of Kshs302 billion is way above what was given last year. It is enough money. I call upon the county governments to take this amount and use the one year left to implement the projects which they had promised for the benefit of the people. We have not seen tangible projects being done but we hear a lot of noise about how the national Government has not done this or that. We want to see more of their projects. I support the Bill and ask the House to support it. We must look at the implementation going forward."
