    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. This Petition is very important given the level of pollution in our rivers. I hope that as the Committee looks at this Petition it will also consider summoning the bodies entrusted to ensure that the effluent discharged into our rivers are in the levels that are acceptable. This is because it has caused a lot of havoc.
