    "content": "THAT Clause 25 of the Bill be deleted. This amendment deletes the classification of health facilities as highlighted in the First Schedule of the Bill. County governments need to be given the freedom to develop health facilities to the highest standards, without the fear that these facilities will later be taken up by the national Government."
