    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, while I appreciate the Chair and the good work they have done, I am worried that we are going to end up with a different product. The Bill will change completely. Why would we delete Clauses 30 to 44 when we are facing so many challenges at the moment with regard to nurses and doctors? We have the example of Busia where the county assembly has told the governor that he has to deal with the children that became disabled. I thought that this institution would have come and harmonized some of these things. I am worried that this Bill will turn out to be a different one."
