    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, the Committee proposes to amend sub-clause (2) of Clause 50 by replacing the existing provision, providing for access to information in order to expand the requirement for access, by making provision for the supply of information and inspection free of charge; supply of copies of information through electronic means upon payment of a reasonable fee and the publication of such information on the website of the authority and through such other means as it considers appropriate. This clause seeks to ensure access to information with respect to information relating to non-exclusive exploration permits and hence, facilitate the awareness and involvement of members of the public in the process of issuance of permits and information relating to persons to whom such permits have been awarded."
