    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 43 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (5)- “(6) The Service shall consider the interests of the local communities in the management of public forests.” The amendment is for the purpose of allowing the interest of the local communities to be taken into account on the issue of management of forests."
