    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new Clause immediately after clause 17- 17A. The National and County governments shall provide free ante-natal care, delivery services and post-partum care. Mr. Chairman, Sir, this in line with the devolution of healthcare and to ensure that both the national and county governments provide free antenatal care delivery services and postnatal care and not just the policy."
