    "content": "Chiefs and assistant chiefs cannot do without these elders and we all know this. When anything happens in the village, the first person they call is the village elder to give them information. When we do census, we depend squarely on the elders yet we do not give them anything. When you go to their homes, they live in very pathetic conditions. Their children do not go to school and we help them with tokens for school fees but, we are not giving them something they can depend on that they know as something."
