You realise that when it comes to this reconstitution, if I may give an example of the Budget and Appropriations Committee that had issues, somehow the names of those who previously served in this Committee, in fact, including those who were allegedly architects of the problems that bedevilled this Committee ended up being sneaked back to this Committee. So, as I speak now to you now, Hon. Speaker, 80 per cent of those who served in the Budget and Appropriations that was disbanded are now serving in the Committee."
