    "content": "I know Hon. Chris is like me. It is good to understand the amendment. When the AU Heads of State met, they agreed to fund all the activities, whether AMISOM and others, through their budgets. The Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations will ask questions, if a certain amount of money is given to AU operations for example in Somalia and South Sudan. The National Treasury had decided to give part of the monies to fund the amount allocated for Kenya by the AU. In fact, this was not in the original Bill, but it came after the Rwanda meeting of AU."
