    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I know that we discussed his amendments in the Committee, but that was an informal arrangement. Usually, all the amendments are submitted to the Clerk of the National Assembly and then they are processed in the manner provided for in the Standing Orders. I may not be able to answer him but, of course, I am aware that we discussed his proposed amendments. Regarding some of them, I told him to come and file them in the House. I do not know whether he submitted them through the right channel."
