    "content": "I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended – (a) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1) – “(1A) The reports submitted under sub-section (1) shall provide information relating to- (a) the approved budget; (b) the total funds released by programmes; (c) the absorptive capacity of funds by projects; and, (d) reasons of the decline if any”; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause after sub-clause (2) – “(3) For the avoidance of doubt, the reports submitted under sub- section (1) shall not include reports on recent economic developments and outlook, including revenue, grants and loan forecasts and receipts”. The intention is to make clear the reports which are being submitted by the CoB. We are simply saying she should provide information relating to the approved Budget; total funds released by the programmes; absorbed funds by projects; and reasons for the decline if there are any.
