    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I was of the opinion that we protect the Office of the Deputy Controller of Budget. I am happy that the Chairman has confirmed that the Deputy Controller of Budget shall perform such duties and exercise such powers as the Controller of Budget may delegate to him or her. If we do not do that, there might be a conflict between the two offices. Whoever will be the Deputy Controller of Budget will be under the Controller of Budget."
