"content": "because we have had all those historical injustices. They did not just come about during colonial times. Even now, those historical injustices are going on. This should have been a stand-alone bill on historical land injustices. However, because of the time constraints it can do for now. These are the things that we need to look at in future. The other issue is the inclusive and participatory nature of what went into this Bill and the mediation. I do not want to take an unnecessary long time considering that the Chairman has ably put across what they did. We need to support these amendments and we do not need to waste more time. I would like to commend the Mediation Committee. I beg to second."
