"content": "I would request that we do not waste more time. I would also like to request the President to ensure that these Bills are signed into law. The only important thing that I should not forget is the issue of adjudication. Having a timeline is very important. We have heard that in some places, the adjudication process has been going on for more than 20 years. This has caused a lot of problems such that the register is always updated and a lot of conflicts arise. So, three years is reasonable. It is very important that the law that is currently applicable is carried forward and should come to an end after three years."
