    "content": "There are some rogue public NGOs which were covered in the media about a month or two back. There is an NGO which operates, I think in Kibera. Apparently, most of what they get is given out as salary for a gentleman and his wife, both of who work for the NGO. Nothing trickles down to those it is meant for."
