    "content": "In addition, this Bill creates a legal obligation for every person who becomes aware of any incident of bribery to report the matter to the EACC. When the President assents to this law, every citizen who becomes aware of a bribery taking place must report it. It is an obligation. The Bill also intends to provide for an effective coordination and accountability framework in the investigation and prosecution for acts of bribery. So, this is the genesis of this Bill."
