    "content": "Today, we are told that the wife of the Chairman of the EACC received over Kshs300 million from the NYS. So, corruption is the theatre of the absurd in our country. Clause 3 relates to the implementation of the Act and provides that the EACC shall be responsible for its enforcement. We are making a law for the EACC. The earlier the better, the Commission should put its house in order because it is also supposed to implement, among other issues, the Anti- corruption and Economic Crimes Act."
