    "content": "There was a suggestion by the Cabinet Secretary of the National Treasury that anybody who constructs over 1,000 residential houses will be eligible for a rebate or reduction of Corporation Tax of 30 per cent from 20 per cent. How viable is that? Nobody can construct 1,000 houses in one calendar year. He needs to come out more clearly and state whether he is talking about constructing residential houses in one calendar year in one place or many places.
