    "content": "Finally, on the Third Schedule, we found out that there were many repetitions of the same forests written several times. We went through forest by forest and found that a number of them had been repeated in the Schedule. So, the Third Schedule says the Bill should be amended by deleting the items indicated. This does not mean those forests are being deleted. They were repeated several times in the Schedule and so, we are just regularising to ensure that each of the forests appears only once. I alert Members because I know they will be more concerned about this deletion but, we have checked and found out that they were repeated several times."
