    "content": "universities and our graduates can find proper jobs in the market. To achieve that, we must ensure a university is a university. We do not want universities in the backstreets. We have some in Koinange Street in flats. Let us have universities standing alone in programmed areas. This Commission must come in and bring sanity so that we do not allow mushrooming of universities. If a university does not have facilities, close it down. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
