    "content": "This Bill seeks to amend the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act, Cap. 131 to introduce tax payable by operators of lotteries and gaming and prize competitions in Kenya because currently, they do not pay any tax. This Bill is supposed to conform to the imposition of taxation under Article 209 of the Constitution, which is the sole mandate of the national Government."
