    "content": "The Second Schedule to the Excise Duty Act, 2015 is Second Schedule amended- to No. 23 of 2015. (a) in Part A by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph 8 - “9. Excisable goods imported or purchased locally for direct and exclusive use in the implementation of an Official Aid-Funded Project, to the extent provided for under the financing agreement. 10. Excisable goods imported for direct use in the manufacture of sanitary towels. 11. Excisable goods to the national carrier and local airlines for both local and international supplies upon recommendation by the Cabinet Secretary responsible for transport. 12. Excisable kerosene for industrial use. 13.All goods including materials supplies, equipment, machinery and motor vehicles for the official use by the Kenya Defence Forces and the National Police Service. (b) in Part B by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (1)(b) - “(c) Excisable services supplied to the national carrier and local airlines for both local and international supplies upon approval by the Cabinet Secretary responsible for transport”."
