    "content": "I am withdrawing that amendment. This clause relates to the qualification of the Director-General of Civil Aviation Authority. It states that he must possess management and technical experience in the field of civil aviation of not less than 10 years. The original requirement was that the candidate should have knowledge and experience in matters relating to civil aviation. This proposal in Clause 9 is adequate. So, I withdraw the amendment."
