    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 3— “3A. Section 6 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word “Cabinet Secretary” appearing in subsection (1) and substituting therefor the word “Board”- This will enable us to give Members the ceilings by the end of the day, tomorrow. So, we do not need to wait for the Cabinet Secretary to bring the ceilings."
