    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I want to support this amendment because it makes sure the timeframe within which proposals should be submitted is clearly specified. This is important because within three months, all Members of Parliament will be expected to submit their proposals. That is by November or October. That will allow them enough time to implement."
