I am going to suggest to the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade that we speak to the Governor of Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) to give us baseline analysis of where we are with this change. Hopefully, down the road every six months or one year there should be a major review to see what else has moved."
