We shall continue from where we left yesterday, guided by today’s Order Paper, the programme for the impeachment proceedings and the rules of procedure, which we circulated yesterday. In accordance with the program, we shall now proceed with the presentation of the case of the governor, including presentation of his witnesses, if any. As I invite the governor, let me emphasize that we need to adhere to the stipulated timelines and urge all of us to abide by the rule of relevance. I appreciate that we did well yesterday and it is my expectation that, that will continue even today. Counsel for the governor, I notice that your other learned friends are not in the House; maybe you know where they are."
