Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. has raised is that some of these issues were raised at the opening statement. The basis of inviting, say, the Controller of Budget was raised by the counsel as they made their opening statement. I think this application is quite in order. Of course the issue of video clip, I would also support Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. that we first know exactly the content of the video clip is before the application is made."
