I am just concerned about the utterances by counsel when he makes a blanket accusation that most county governments have not… without any evidence before this Senate. He may have allowance to say a lot of things but he should not cast aspersions on other counties. I just want to stand guided on this particular issue that he is treading on very dangerous waters. Unless he has evidence, he can show us."
