Earlier on, the Counsel to the Governor said that the Governor did not comply with the gender due to the failure on the same at the national level. Due to the fact that the gender balance had not been done, does that warrant the kind of imbalance that they have in the executive? Is it that they did not have any competent persons from the said gender that is not represented?"
