    "content": "Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Mine is in the form of an observation addressed to both parties. In all these proceedings, I get the impression that the working environment between the executive arm and the county assembly is severely strained. There is bad blood between the members of the assembly and the executive. This has obviously led to a lot of misunderstanding and conflict between the two arms of government in the County Government of Nyeri. Therefore, I want pose a question or two to both parties: Do both parties acknowledge the existence of this poor working relationship? Do they both accept having contributed towards this situation? As a way forward, does each party feel that the differences can be resolved and that the relationship will grow in the interest of the citizens of Nyeri County? Thank you."
