"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, secondly, is the statement that was given by the vice chair of the board. I wish to know when the vice chair was appointed and whether he sits in that office because some of the documents which are minutes of the board he seems to be a stranger to them. He says he has never seen them yet he is the vice chair of the board. May I know where he has been operating from? Does he sit in the verandah when the board is discussing issues or he is the vice chair who chairs the meeting. Those are my two serious questions."
