I agree fully that we need concrete steps on how this matter will be addressed. I will be consulting with the rest of the leadership to make sure that next week we are in a position to give suggestion. What I can say is that no single one of us has a silver bullet for this matter. We need to initiate something and I am sure with the support of colleagues, we can rest this matter or at least take it to a different level other than lamenting here from time to time.
