    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as legislators and as a Senate, we cannot run away from the responsibility of implementing to the full the Bills that we have passed. We cannot pass it to the citizens who have elected us to represent them and to ensure that we defend them. It is high time we got a full list of all those laws. We have the Committee on Implementation which should look into the matter. We also have legal experts in this House. Therefore, there is nothing that prevents us from even going to the courts of law to ensure that the law is followed and the Bills are brought to finality. That is the option that is open. Perhaps, we have not pursued it to the fullest."
