    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am very curious to know how the Chairman of the Committee on Education has the Statement yet the Clerk’s Office does not have it. I thought that statements are given to the Office of the Speaker and then to the Chairs to issue them because it puts everybody in an awkward position when statements go to Chairs directly and nobody else knows about them. If that is the case, then, it ceases to be the property of the House and the Speaker’s Office does not know. I think that is an anomaly that needs to be corrected."
