    "content": "I support the Bill and as a House, we should do so. I am proud that I am part of this 11th Parliament that is able to clarify some of the areas of our laws which have not been clear, so that Kenyans can enjoy to the fullest the provisions of our Constitution on freedom of expression. They can say what they have to say not being fearful that they will be cited for contempt of court even in cases where they are not liable. It is a principle which has been misused. Even a judge sitting in a court of law can actually use this principle to deny Kenyans their freedom to express their ideas in cases pending either in court or which are perceived to be pending in court."
